Municipal Court

Municipal Court is held the 1st Monday of each month at the Community Building located at 206 Spruce Street at 6:00 pm.

Tickets can be paid at the Mountain Park Town Hall located at 208 Spruce Street.  Hours of operation are 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Mon-Fri.  For information regarding the status of your ticket, please call 580-569-4234.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

If you are pleading guilty or no contest, you will have the following options listed below. Failure to appear on or before the arraignment date will result in additional fines, fees, and a warrant.
